The Wax Factory is the one place I can come to get waxed and feel completely comfortable. I've gone to other places that just don't give me the right feel but every time I walk into The Wax Factory, I feel welcomed and at home! I love love love that I can get waxed by anyone. I feel comfortable letting any of the staff doing my waxing because they are professional and friendly. I also love that I took my younger sister here with me to get her eyebrows done for the first time and the staff was very patient with her. Overall, this place is awesome and I will forever be going here!!

My favorite place to go to by far! I absolutely love how personable and professional each of these ladies are, not only are they quick and efficient with each service but they always remember to ask me how I'm doing and ask about my little baby girl, by name, and they recall our previous conversations. Quick/clean service, friendly/positive experience, and all for a great price. ♡ love you gals!

I go here exclusively because the prices are amazing, the service is top notch, and I always appreciate that I never have to make an appointment. I would always recommend them to anyone, keep doing what you're doing.
